Fire Safety Drill in Action – Strengthening the Safety Line
To actively promote the theme of “Fire Safety for All, Life Above All – Safe Use of Fire and Electricity” during Fire Safety Awareness Month, Luyin Powders organized a comprehensive fire safety training and emergency drill on November 26.
The drill was attended by Safety Director Mr. Lv Baofeng, along with more than 50 employees and managers from various workshops and departments.
Professional Training and Practical Demonstration
At the beginning of the drill, fire safety professionals provided a systematic introduction to different types of dry powder fire extinguishers, explaining their performance characteristics, suitable fire classes, and key operational points. In addition, the correct usage of fire hoses was demonstrated in detail to ensure participants fully understood the procedures.
Following the training session, employees took part in hands-on fire extinguishing exercises. Under professional guidance, participants practiced the full operational process, including:
Identifying wind direction
Removing the safety pin
Aiming at the base of the flame
Applying the extinguisher correctly and effectively
The drill successfully achieved its objectives of familiarizing staff with emergency procedures and strengthening the emergency response team.
Enhancing Safety Awareness and Emergency Response Capability
This fire emergency drill not only popularized essential fire safety knowledge, but also significantly improved employees’ practical skills and on-site emergency response capabilities. Participants expressed that, through hands-on experience, they gained a deeper understanding of the importance of fire safety and mastered essential emergency handling skills.
